Marcel Allweins is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of MSP Strategy. He specializes in helping startups and leading businesses innovate through platform dynamics.
Prior to MSP Strategy, Marcel was senior consultant at a Big4 firm. He managed major transformation and innovation projects for multiple SMEs and Fortune 500 companies in Germany and the United States.
His research in the field of business model design is featured in Forbes, awarded by the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship, and taught at several academies including Hult International Business School and Harvard University.
He holds the accreditation ‘Innovation Master’ certified by the Global Innovation Management Institute, is a certified Management Coach and holds two Master of Science degrees after graduating as valedictorian from a leading U.S. business school.
...While living in San Francisco, Marcel loves to fly back home to Germany, especially for carneval in Cologne.
Markus Proesch has extensive international experience with a rich background in business development among SME’s. Specialized in utilizing analysis tools to optimize performance of in-house procedures by bridging the gap between operations and technology.
As an expert in hands-on training, Markus holds a certification from the BB&T Emerging Leaders Program and a Managerial Coaching Certificate. Graduated from Hult International Business School with a dual-M.Sc. in International Business and Business Analytics.

Dr. Ted Ladd
Ted Ladd is a campus dean and professor of entrepreneurship at Hult International Business School and an instructor at Harvard University and the Copenhagen Business School.
His research about designing business models for new ventures has appeared in the Harvard Business Review, Stanford Social Innovation Review, and several academic journals and conferences.
He has participated in five high-tech, venture-capital-backed startups, the most recent, where Ted created an ecosystem of developers, resellers, and technology vendors, was acquired by Google as the foundation of Android Wear.
...Ted is an avid hiker and backcountry skier in his home mountains of Wyoming.
